My headlight washers have stopped working for whatever reason and I've read this is a MOT failure: -

 

1. Any ideas how to repair this and

2. Surely it's not a MOT failure??

fuse number 36 -20amp for bi xenon. (cabin fuse box)

Yes it will fail as it is a requirement to keep bi xenon headlamps clean to prevent dazzle.

 

If not that check connections. it can only be those things or a failed pump, you could use a test lamp on the pump connections (or a meter) to see if power is getting there.
