Welcome home

Nice one Mike, that must be one of the last available Yetis

Outstanding purchase. I just can not think what I could replace my Yeti with......other than a newer one.

Hi, interested in what put you off the Karoq? I bought a new Yeti in March 2017 after looking at the Seat Ateca and assuming (rightly) that the Karoq would be a clone of the Ateca. I like the external size of the Yeti and it's bright and airy cabin with large windows all round. This is my second 1.2 Tsi DSG - first bought in 2012 - suits my lifestyle perfectly.

We went and sat in a Karoq a week ago and thought it was Ok but went a few days ago intending to have a test drive but just did not feei right for us so came home and ordered the Yeti.

I will add that my wife has bad arthritis and has difficulty getting in and out of most cars - the Yeti is the easiest.

I've got a very similar one with the origami wheels. Had it for 2 months and loving it.

My wife has a bad back and she says the Yeti is the easiest entry/exit car she has tried - and we tried many when we were looking for a replacement for our first Yeti.

We also specified 16" wheels which (in her opinion) gives a more compliant softer ride. Skoda UK were very helpful in changing the factory order to 16" wheels (17" standard on the SE-L), something the dealer was not able to do. Also have the memory electric drivers seat, rear view camera and Smart Phone link.
