I installed plug & play handsfree kit (1K8 035 730 D) in my Superb II yesterday.

It works great, but nothing show up in maxidot and RNS 510, the RNS its just showing a little phone when i get a call. If i remember right the 1K8 035 730 D dont support operating by maxidot and RNS?? 

 

Is there something i can do so i can operate by maxidot and RNS? or do i have to change to another controler like 7P6 035 730K?

the 1K8035730D is a very basic BT module

 

If you want Maxidot and RNS intergration then you will have to change to a 7P6035730 earlier letters at the end will work

I think the last version was M

Thanks for your reply. One more question for you if you could help. Is it easy to install an instrument cluster with maxidot display from a newer Octavia vrs facelift, I have a 2006 pre fl vrs and am interested in doing it, are there any issues with this install or is it a straight swap.
