Doing work on door mirrors

I looked at all you guys which have worked on the door mirror and how to take off the cover So with full confidence set about doing it. After breaking two of my plastic levers which were intended for doing the dash cam fitting finally got the cover off.I do not remember any one saying you have to take off the lower portion of the mirror to get at the LED fitting screws.Also remove bulb from the puddle light to get at screws.

Hi. Just see that my 2023 skoda sportline karoq 19 inch wheels 19 inch. Sagittarius I believe? One of the covers is missing. Unsure if has been missing long and wanted your take on whether it has been stolen or has just fell off due to bad clips or design flaws. See photo of good wheel and the trim removed. Hi there! I recently installed on my car an OEM Electric tow bar on my 1.5, but pressing the button inside the trunk, nothing comes out from under the boot. According to Skoda workshop, problem was the control unit: it was the model specific for electric cars with part number Skoda 5H2907383B; in fact looking on VAG the right code for my car is the 5H2907383BLc. I found a pre-owned one over eBay and when mechanic connected it and turned car on, it enlightened itself for awhile. Is it matter o

I recently bought a Skoda 1.5 se l 2024 Reg. I was under the impression that it automatically locks after so many seconds after you have left the car (without having to physically lock it using the key fob). Mine doesn’t seem to do that. So is that feature only available on certain models? Thanks in advance.

Hi.... Just a bit of as heads up.... I got in my Superb 1.4 TSi 2018 (50,000 miles) on Friday night and the engine started making an almighty rattling / clattering / knocking noise. When I took it to a local indy garage the next day they said it sounds exactly like another Skoda they had in the previous week. The one they looked at before wasn't a Superb (can't remember which model they said), but it had done similar relatively low mileage and a bolt was loose at the camshaft p
