Hi, I'm driving my second Octavia (mk II facelift), after being satisfied with my first one (mk I). I enjoy the space, the lack of a mid-console (damn those cars that have them, yes, that is you Superb!) giving me more leg room, the sensible instrument and user interface layout, fuel economy, great seats, making it a joy to drive long distance.

Less enthusiastic about longevity, or rather lack thereof, of plastic components, which seem to deteriorate after +- 120k. Also less enthousiastic about the gruesome part costs, what a ripoff!
