Speed Activated Auto Lock

Featured Replies

The speed activated auto lock function on my 2014 Skoda Octavia has stopped working is there a way of re-setting it or is it a repair job. I seem to recall I noticed that it had happened after I got the key tangled in the ignition and caught the open and close buttons several times.

Check the settings on the radio and ensure auto locking is switched on, if so, press the lock button to see if the doors lock. If they do, might have to look at the coding, but if they don’t there may be a bigger fault.

Thanks Sasha the automatic locking box is checked in the locking and unlocking setting so guess it must be some sort of fault. Have also put it back to factory settings without joy. Did just go for a short trip round the block. Can lock manually using button. Will have it checked when it goes in for service. Regards
