Bluetooth device next/previous song from steering wheel controls

Hello, 

I have a Fabia (2011) with the SWING unit. Additionally, on the left side of my steering wheel, I have volume knob and two buttons for next and previous radio station. 

 

Bluetooth is supported just fine and I am able to listen to songs from my mobile.

What I want to find out though, is whether I can use previous/next buttons of my steering wheel, to control playback on my mobile phone. 

The princible should be the same, as when wearing bluetooth headset and can control volume, previous/next through it, without using my phone.
