Where To Put a Briskoda Sticker?

Featured Replies

I want to get a new 'Briskoda.net' sticker but can't work out where to put it (sensible answers please :P ). Rear spoiler means that it can't be seen if placed low down on the rear screen and the high level brake light is in the way at the top!. Any suggestions or preferably piccy's please of OctyII owners and where you've put Brisky stickers.

How about across the rear bumper in a WRC style.

Would rather have it on the inside glass but need piccy's first of others to be persuaded otherwise.

Can't help you with the piccys but maybe someone could photoshop(?) the rear end of an Octavia MkII with a Briskoda.net sticker across the bumper and another across the underneath of the reg plate.

If its a white/grey sticker, down on the bottom of the bootlid, under the plate. :) Will show up nice on black backdrop.

If its an internal one, it could be tricky. If you have it by the h/l brakelight, it might glow red/orange at night. ;)

I've just found my brisky sticker that I got when I first joined, never got round to putting it in my 1st vRS - must be fate!!!

I'll need to straighten it out a bit tho

I put mine in the small part of the off-side rear window - rally driver name-tag stylee. Now I need one to match on the other side!

edit: Should learn to read the forum titles, not just blindly click through "Today's Posts". I've got an Octy 1 :) Still, would probably work on the Octy 2 just as well.

edit2: I have a photo, but it keeps saying "Upload failed". It's 640x512, 38kb.

Mine is where Skoadling along's sticker is. It's the only real place you can put it on the inside with the rear spoiler.

Thanks, thats where its going to go but now got to decide on White or Chrome look. What did you go for Roo?.

White, as it's easier to see in the day than chrome. No matter what one you will have no chance of anyone noticing it there at night (or anywhere on the rear window for that matter).

Ordered a sticker for my new octy but have misplaced it. One of those annoying things, found the skoda motorsport one that I ordered with it but no sign of Briskoda one. Oh well will have to order another, have no idea where to put it when I get it, it will be an internal one. So have enjoyed reading this posting.

Quick question as I'm looking to order a Briskoda Car Sticker for the back window under the rear brake light.

Is the backing of these stickers clear so it's say white text against a clear background or are they black so white text against a black background? and when ordering the sticker it say White or Black is that the text colour or the background colour as the one on the Vinyl Store site is Black Text against a white background?

Many Thanks

I've had 3 chrome and 2 black text stickers and they've all had clear backgrounds.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for that the picture on the Vinyl Store site shows Black Text on a white background, hence my confusion

There is no background, letters are fixed to two pieces of backing the first is removed to reveal the letters the second is used for positioning and 'rubbing' letters firmly into place, this is then removed leaving just the letters on show.

:orb_duh:

Forgot about the backing card.

Forgot about the backing card.

And i forgot they were loose letters, not on a clear backing.
