Hi all,

 

I have a Kenwood DAB double DIN head unit to get into my Fabia tomorrow along with mic for handsfree and the DAB aerial.

 

I am guessing the path for getting the Mic and Aerial up to the roof lining and top of the windscreen is via behind the top glovebox and the A-Pillar cover?

 

Is there a suggested route for the cabling and also for getting the A-Pillar trim off without breaking it,

KYou can usually tease the cable behind the pillar trim without removing it

 

I didn't need to to wire in a w8 interior lamp and a dash cam on the roomster 5j

 

If you need to though very gently get some trim removal tools and it should just pop off 

If you have an airbag there, I wouldnt recommend just tucking it behind the trim. Instead cable tie the wire to the existing harness behind the airbag. Also if you have an airbag, the trim won't just pop off, there is a small screw behind the airbag symbol to take out first.
