Nexen nblue all season tyres

Featured Replies

Hello

My Adventure came with Pirelli P Zero Rosso's and I have just fitted these Nexen's and they have made a great difference to the handling in the snow the car is more composed with not as much wheel spin. I drove in the snow in Scotland over Christmas and the Pirellis were quite frankly rubbish even with a reasonable amount of tread left.

The Nexens cost £62 and am advised that they last long and came in third behind Vredestien and goodyear in a test not long ago.

So just saying like!

I have had the earlier version Nexan N-priz on since late summer and am very impressed with them. I'm on 10,000 miles and showing only slight wear and handling in the snow was exceptional. Yes I bought partly on price as paying double the amount for similar performing tyres doesn't figure in my life. Some people however prefer to only buy "named" products and dismiss anything that isn't an expensive branded product as being inferior.

Remaining in business for 71+ years, you’d expect a competitive tyre

Thread resurrection  Any more information on the Nexen N'Blue All seasons after another 9 months of use? Live in Cornwall so snow isn't often an issue.

Yes!

I ran the N-priz until late October/ early November and they had about 3mm left on them after 20,000miles, they would have lasted a couple more months but its best not to have worn all season tyres in the winter as the grip is reduced so I changed to N-blue.

They seem as good as the N-priz but we have not much bad weather yet.

I'm very happy with Nexen so much so the wife's Rav 4 now has Nexen CP671 on it

Which to be honest are probably better if you don't get snow, it has certainly transformed her car from being a slidey slidey thing in the winter to having some grip, previous tyres were Bridgestone Turanza 235/60 the CP671 are 215/70 and the bonus is the speedo is now correct ;)
