Noticed after I’d put petrol in that the fuel door won’t close properly.

I’ve pulled the boot lining out to see if it’s the cable but nothing is loose. Please help!

Is the little black plastic latch piece still the filler hole in the body?

I can’t see any black catch - guess that’s it? 

Any ideas for a quick fix? 

Duck tape to the body?

Part number and diagram. Are you sure the cable is all ok? Its not stuck in the open position at the filler end?

Thanks TripleMcB - cable was in place but not pushed in correctly. Managed to get it closed.
