It's a problem that they've got production issues with the Karoq as well as the Kodiaq. My dealer told me, that a part of the problem is lack of skilled workers. I guess this is the link you wanted to share:

Who would have thought, that skilled workers are not standing in lines in front of factories for less than £12k/y...

You are completely right. What the dealer also said was that they should let some of the production take place in German.

Remember it's pretty cheap to live there compared to Germany or the UK.
