Hi all so a have fitted a new thermostat flushed all the water system filled it back up took car for drive to get the temperature up to the 90degrees mark.

Then the RED temp warning light came on with the message STOP check coolent so a did. Topped the water up but the RED water temperature symbol is still flashing up on the dashboard.

Any suggestions on why its still flashing thanks.
