Fault code U10AA00 Data Bus Display/operation

Just over a week ago my radio screen just went blank and wouldn't come back on. I tried the soft reset by holding the power button in and the system reset but that didn't fix it, so I have sourced another screen from eBay thinking this was the issue. I have plugged the new screen in and it still not coming on.

I then decided to run a fault checker with the OBD2 app and it gave the error U10AA00 Data Bus Display/operation as the attached,

some people have suggested pulling the fuse for the radio or disconnecting the battery to see if that fixes the issue, haven't tried these yet. Has one on here seen this error before?

The car is an MK3 2014 VRS Octavia
