Managed to get hold of a vax carpet cleaner and was wondering if anyone has used one on the car seats and carpets and if the cleaning solutions from vax are any good before I pile in and ruin something.

I have, many times and no issues. At he worth looking for some Scotchguard also. 

Cheers jars, I’ll give it a go tomorrow, I’ll have a look at scotchguard, any ideas where to get it from?

I’ve got VAX 6131, works perfectly for wet and dry 

I’ve got the 6121. Not sure what the difference is?! Never used mine for dry

.... ah, the 6132 is bigger than the 6131
