Do you know, hot to check - in easy way by layman ;-) - that Fabia has sports suspension, if I'm buying used car?

I would not worry about it and if the car is a few mm like 15mm lower with what Skoda call 'Sports suspension'.

It could come from the factory with 'Sport Springs' and a owner could have changed them anyway.

 

Buy the car you like and the best looked after and specced one you can find, if it is looking too high when you see and buy it fit lowering springs.

That will give you the lower look if you want it and still probably be better than Skoda's idea of 'Sport springs'.
