Skoda 5E Canbus Gateway

Hey, I previously had a VCDS cable, but it seems to have went walkabout, so can't check this myself, but I know it's in the VCDS software...

When I connect manually to the OBD connector, and issue a 'Monitor All' command ( ATMA ), I only receive messages that the canbus deems that it wants to send out of the gateway, or alternatively, I can ask for specific returns from it, however, in the process of doing some hacking, I need to monitor the other buses, I'll be getting rid of the car in 4 months, so don't want to go ripping things apart to tap into the other buses, so hope someone can throw some light on this...

There is an instruction you can give to the canbus gateway to tell it to forward messages from 'x' bus, whether it's the body, chassis, infotainment, etc - does anyone have any details, specs, datasheets, or whatever that would make this a bit easier to figure out.

The basic idea without divulging too much info, is a 'kind of' IoT module for the car, that when it's in range, of either the home WiFi, or a mobile app, it will stream the data - initially just for hacking and playing around with, but eventually some more fun, such as a datalogger that uploads, tracking mileage, average speeds, fuel, etc when you pop it on the driveway at night, tracker functionality with a GPS & GSM module, etc.
