Help!

I have recently bought a new Octavia 2 Combi with German spec. (We live in Germany) and I wish to retrofit a disk changer in the boot as with German spec this does not come as standard with the Nexus navigation system????. I understand that the relevant leads are installed as far as the boot and I only need a cable and the changer. I need to know where the end of this lead from the nav system to the boot is located and what sort of plug/fitting is required for the final cable into the changer.

I would appreciate any advice on the above.
