Has anybody else had a problem getting their free fuel card.

 

We registered with the provided registration form which said it would be  with us within 15 working days and if not to contact them.

 

After 15 working days no card, so we rang them. System was down but eventually they came back to us 2 days later saying that we did qualify for the card and that it would be with us with 5 working days.

 

Guess what? 5 working days have passed and still no card.

 

Is it just us or are others having the same issue.

My dealer applied for my card at handover. Received email with activation code after 2 weeks, card arrived a few days later.

I haven’t received my card either, so I called them earlier today and was told that there is a large back log which could take another fifteen days to clear.
