When i start my 2006 fabia vrs, and put either the side of main lights on, i get the little warning light along with buzz from the dash saying one of my lights it out.

So i walk around the car and find the rear lefthand side light cluster not working. I open up the boot, pull back the lining and push all the cables in and make sure everything is connected and clean. Job done.

Next time i get back into the car, warning again, same rear light cluster, this time all i have to do it tap the power cable and the lights come on, and stay on untill i turn the car off again.

Now ever time i want my lights on when i start the car, i just have to tap the boot lining just where the light cluster is and they work, been like this since monday, going to take it to the dealers on saturday, any ideas what it could be tho..

Doens't look like there is loose wires or dirt on the connectors, and ive take all the blubs out and put them back in. :/

Yeah they changed the cluster and the problem was solved (well thats what i think they did). There was a faulty wire somewhere in the wiring of the custer and im not sure if they changed that or a new cluster.

Either way it works now so im happy.
