Infotainment Screen - Black

Featured Replies

2015 Octavia - Infotainment screen is black.

Radio comes on and is controllable via steering wheel controls

none of the buttons on the central infotainment unit do anything

Any way to fix this??

many thanks

Any warranty left on the vehicle?

its 2.75 years old

Less than 60k miles?

  • Author

yes under 60k

Back to the main dealers then, as it should be covered under warranty.

if i push the infotainment unit at the edge I can get the screen to come on.

still trying to work out where to press it to allow me to adjust settings.

guessing its a loose connection somewhere.

seems to be fine now?

the car was really low on fuel before.

now that i have topped the tank up - the infotainment is working nicely.

still got it booked in for skoda to look at - hope they can replicate the problem
