Front passenger door leaks

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am a new owner of a 2015 Octavia. Today, during heavy rain I notice that my car isn't waterproof. Actually, the front passenger doors arent. I noticed that there is a water spill on the rubber foot mat and it seems that it comes from the plastic of a doorstep. I took some pictures, which are below, to show the problem. It seems that water was flowing between the door body and the plastic, on the front, bottom corner. You can see that the plastic is wet there. I am wondering whether any of you had such problem? How water even got between the bodywork and the plastic of the doors? To find out I have probably to take off the plastics of the doors. Do you have any manual to do that?
