hi all

I am shortly acquiring a Amundsen+ unit and I would like to know what other hardware I need to fit it to my 2013 yeti

I assume a new aerial is required as the new unit has dab unlike the BOLERO unit that is fitted at the moment any ideas on which aerial would be better?

will I need a new stereo surround or will the one that's fitted work with the new head unit??

Hi mate.

I have an antenna kit here which is surplus. It's the OEM antenna base and mast, and also has a couple of extension cables for fitting. It's not cheap like the stick on screen mounted ones, but it's a proper fitment and works really well.

You'll also need a new surround, part number 5L0 858 069L which is the correct shape for the Amundsen unit.
