I have a 2005 1.9 PD DSG Octavia. 

When I select reverse, I get an vibration, I'll attach a sound clip (record 003) to this post.

It also happens when I select park sometimes, but if I go out of park and back into it, it goes away. It also happens at low speed when I come off the gas in drive.

 

Any ideas what would cause this?

It seems to make no difference whether the car is hot or cold, it always does it in reverse by the way

Maybe the engine mounts or an engine mount.
