Hi Guys. 

Ive got a 63 plate mk3 Octavia VRS estate. TSI. And I brought a DV+ for the car, fitted it and it’s making the turbo chatter noise. I love this noise but some people on skoda pages on Facebook say it’s leaking, or shouldn’t make that noise etc? 

What can I do as don’t want no boost drop or leaking?

You love the noise and i take it those on facebook have not heard your car so really are going on your 'chatter' description.

 

I would check for fault codes, look out for any performance loss, misfires etc.

If you got a new one from a reliable trader, fitted it properly it should do what it is supposed to while making a strange noise.

 

Be sure you have good spark plugs in, maybe use Super Unleaded and watch for a EPC light / warning or Exhaust Emissions Control light & going into limp mode.
