The tailgate of my Karoq sits inward of the rear quarter panels. I noticed the tailgate has rubber stops on the inside, anyway to adjust these?

If they are like the ones at the bottom of the tailgate in my Octy estate, you just rotate them to adjust up or down. 

 

If you can think of no reason  for anything you have done to cause this, I'd take photographs and then take it to your dealer and make him aware of it. There is always the possibility your vehicle may have been damaged whilst in transit. 

 

Even if that is not the case, it should have been picked up at the PDI. 

 

My vehicle arrived with broken trim hidden amongst the storage nets in a storage compartment. I only noticed it a few weeks later whilst cleaning the car. Dealership washed their hands off it stating if it arrived like that I should have brought it in sooner. 

Thanks for the response. Turns out they're adjusted by removing a cover and using a Torx to loosen, slide the adjuster and tighten again. All in line now.

 

Does everyone else have the bottom of the tailgate match the bottom line of the rear quarters? Although the tailgate is now flush outward, the bottom of the tailgate is higher than the rear quarter panels. (It was previously also).

 

Speaking of PDI - My dealer managed to allow a half filled coolant system slip through (header tank was completely empty). Only picked up on when I thought to check after the fan coming on after very short intervals. An apology followed with some free coolant, hopefully no harm done.

Mine got delivered with coolant under min mark and oil 1/2 hatched area dealer said thats how they are delivered

That's pretty poor, even if they were delivered that way, shouldn't the PDI top up to the correct levels? What happened in your case?

Clue to them lying is their lips move.

skoda1982, you should have asked whoever told you that to put it in writing and sign their name to it.
