2012 Superb Mk II - New Style Black Badges Part Numbers

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

Wondering if some kind soul could supply me with the part numbers for the Black Badges that fit the Skoda Superb MkII.

I currently own an Octavia Mk II FaceLift 2010 L&K, which I fitted the black wheel badges, bonnet badge and tailgate badge to and posted on the Octavia Mk II part of the forum all the part numbers.

I am looking at buying a Mk II pre facelift from a neighbour of mine, and would once again love to give it the black 'new style' badge treatment.

I have search but cannot find a post, although I'm sure I'm not the first person to have done this

I was going to contact these guys again as I think I got a full set for about £40 previously http://skodateile.cz

Many thanks in advance for your help

Rick

Got mine free from the dealer, they were for a Citigo if I remember correctly. Had the box until a month ago. Fitted them 18 months ago and no signs of worming unlike the wheel centre caps which have though.

Danny 57 is right on the Citigo and the part number for that is 1ST 853 630 A AUL.

Don't get the ones from the Superb 2 facelift as they won't fit.  There was a post here that said you must use the Citigo bonnet one as they are the "flat" type and I am pretty sure the poster said that you needed 2 of those (bonnet and tail) for a pre-facelift S2.

The part number for the wheel badges is 5JA601151A.

Thanks for the quick replies everyone.....

The wheels badges are the same as my Octavia ones I fitted 4 years back.

I think I had to go for a 'Front Yeti/Rapid badge' for the rear and a 'Citigo front' with a slight curve for the front.

I had to drill/cut the front one out from behind removing the locating pins, the rear I removed using dental floss to cut the glue away.

The had to snap the pins off the 2 new badges to fit the front and rear as mentioned by 'VWGDT'.

They have been fitted for 4 + years as the adhesive backing is amazing stuff.

The wheel badges do have some 'worming' as 'Danny 57' mentions. 4+ years though and they are not too expensive to replace.

Surprised they are both flat badges, but as mentioned I'm buying my neighbours car so just lining up to do some minor upgrades as soon as I get it.

Plus the old style green badges have seen better days!

Thanks for you advice. I will get them priced up with http://skodateile.cz and post it.

Nice.............. wish I had a local dealer like yours. I think they would charge to use their toilet if they could.

I have a very good relationship with my dealer and it has paid dividends. No they have not got everything right on a very few occasions but and it is a big but. What they have done is always address the issue to my satisfaction and that means me being reasonable as well.

then name them :d

Already have done so in the dealer section on more than one occasion. It is Capitol Skoda, Newport.
