Delay on delivery

Featured Replies

Why cannot Skoda categorically state the reason why delivery times are not availaible for the Petrol kodiac, now waiting nine months !

is is failure of emissions tests ?as rumoured? Just tell us the truth please.

The press have run articles talking about how Volkswagen group have a huge number of models that need testing under the WLTP protocol, but only a limited number of test rigs. So Skoda is in a queue with Audi, VW and SEAT.

It does seem remarkably poor planning and communication on the part of VAG and Skoda though. I know friends buying cars from other manufacturers have no such difficulties.

Yep, it seems VAG have massively underestimated the time and resource needed to conduct the WLTP testing.

Lost revenue for them and unconfirmed delivery dates for us.

No worries though, be reassured by the fact that Skoda UK are great at communication. Oh wait hang on, they're too busy investing in a dodgy Paloma Faith advertising campaign to notice they're currently unable to fulfil their most important role; supplying cars.
