Hello, who is the OEM lambda sensor manufacturer?

1,4 tsi 103kw CHPA petrol engine

Lambda before cat needs to be changed. I was quoted 200€ for the OEM sensor. 

If anybody knows who is the OEM supplier, then I would rather go for the same manufacturers "aftermarket" sensor which will come at 70-100€
