Only been open a short while. They have taken over a previous Jaguar and Land Rover dealers site and after a £5m update are now offering sales and service on Seat and Skoda.

 

Used them for warranty work this week and there service was extremely good. Service Manager greeted us as soon as we parked the car. He had all the preliminary paperwork done and said he’d get any service updates completed and send me a video report in a couple of hours.

 

Report arrived via email within the hour they performed a thorough check on everything in the engine bay, tyres and under the car.

 

They’d already updated the software and had tried a couple of things to fix the door protector on our Kodiaq, before having to stop because they had no connectors left in stock, they had already booked the car in for next week provisionally to get the new connector fitted.

 

Rang me half an hour later to say car had been washed and vacuumed and was ready for collection.

 

All told I was very impressed.
