Has anyone fitted LSD to their Fabia mk 2 or Skoda in general .

Which LSD did you fit , Any improvement/difference.

I'm looking at fitting Quaife , mine has gearbox code if MFX am I correct in thinking it's an 02T gearbox.

 

 

wavetrak are better....better gears on the low speed side of it....

 

I knows that vauge..but I was looking into tech specs of the various ones for MK7 golf forum info...& the wavetrak is better technically in the way it "ramps" up...

I had a wavetrac in my MK1 Fabia vRS. Very smooth when locking, the extra grip was impressive however unless you floor it around the roads or go on track I doubt you'd ever notice it.

Thanks to both of you I've decided on getting a Quaife unit. Base this on the wavetrac appears to be more race orientated rather than road use that I'll be driving, fast but not competitve. Also the biggest factor is pricing the Quaife is nearly 2/3 the price saving nearly £300.
