No OBD + Cruise Control

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

My 2011 Mk2 vRS (Facelift) has had a few issues since buying it, and I'm trying to slowly fix them

No flappy paddles nor steering wheel controls, no horn etc. Yesterday I took apart the clockspring and rewired the ribbon cable and success! My steering wheel now works!

I can connect my phone to bluetooth etc but I can only use my phone screen. I can't switch to any of the other MFD screens like the settings one and fuel consumption figures

I still have no OBD (there is power on the lines but no connection to ECU), and when I try to use my cruise control, I get the 'Button for driver assistance system defective'

Could anyone point me in the right direction of what can be wrong? The hardest part is being unable to scan for errors
