Central Lock and Key Fob stoped to corporate. Both working separately.

Hello Lovely people,
My car is Octavia 2010 Estate Diesel. Recently I cannot open/ close the car with key fob. The keyfob still activates the alarm but does not close/open the locks. The central locks work both from passenger and from driver side without a problem. All fuses checked. The key fob looks fine as well (two key fobs stopped to work at the same time) and battery change didn't help. 
A friend of mine suggested that it might be a mechanism inside the driver door, which pushes the locks to activate. Please help.
