Is it possible to code using VCDS or does this require trip to the stealers? 

 

I know older units could be done from serial number and some calculators.  

 

What are the fitment codes for the various radio offerings as I suspect the audience is not original unit

Bolero with in built 6 disc CD autochanger came fitted as standard. Climate Control and PDC were displayed on the screen. 

 

Handsfree and Bluetooth were optional extras. 

 

Columbus was the rather expensive optional upgrade. 

So the audience has been fitted ro replace a bolero or columbus then.  Still need to know if it can be decoded from serial or VCDS though.
