VRS TDI suspension

So I have a VRS that I use as a taxi, love the car, the trim level, everything is brilliant. Only thing is the ride is just that little bit too firm, and the ground clearance is just a touch lower than I'd like when fully loaded with passengers. If I were to ask my garage to change the springs and shocks to, for example, ones off a 2016 scout, would these fit without any modification? Like would they simply be able to take the sports springs and shocks out and put in the scout springs and shocks, or would there be more to the job than that?
