Guys,

Have any of you seen this kit before:

Opinions on the styling? I am not after buying it but just wondered what people thought of it?

Don't like the grill or the wheels but rest is ok. Particularly like the rear spoiler and diffuser.

I personally like the front and rear valances, side skirts look odd and so does the grille. I reckon it would look better without the spoiler on, don't you think?

The wheels remind me of Rover ZR wheels but I like the body kit, nice and subtle in fact the whole thing looks Audi'ish.

Prehaps a slightly smaller M3 style lip spoiler word work well.

Yeah I agree mate but do you think that for the Euro look, no boot spoiler works?

They are definatly Rover ZR rip-off wheels and I agree about the Audi looks, almost like a A4?

For the euro look the only part of that kit I'd consider is the rear valance.

Rover/Jag/Yuck

That looks like my boot spoiler.

Quite like the look except for the grille!. The wheels look more like 'Alpina' BMW clones which ain't a bad thing but would perhaps look better with something with less spokes. Overall a

Everyone seems to dislike the grille, but it's the bit I like best! I don't like the standard grille, which to me is too big and the chunky vertical bars look clumsy. This makes the front of the car much more proportionally balanced.

Overall, the kit looks really good - it's adding stature rather than bling.

I actually like the current grille and I guess that it's 'swings and roundabouts' as to what people prefer?

For me I am just not too sure if the kit isn't 'rounded' enough?

Where did you get this picture, and more importantly, where can you get that kit? In my opinion it cures most if not all of the things that I dislike about the Superb. In standard guise the Superb looks too tall and skinny which makes it look artificially long - and it's long enough without it being exagerated!! The grill really accentuates the tall and skinny look (which I dislike more with each passing day) where as this kit grill seems to reduce it. Does it look to anyone as if the car has been lowered? and what size wheels do you reckon they are. They look a bit MG ZT to me too but that was the other car I was looking at before getting the Superb so I like them.

Looks like a Milotec kit.

Seems I was wrong, this is the kit if I'm not mistaken! See Here.

IMO lowering the Superb without any body styling changes the whole looks of the car and I wouldn't dream of putting a bodykit on the car without lowering it but that's just me.

I would say it's maybe been dropped 30mm all round and the wheels are probably 18's, 19's at a push.

Sounds like you are going to be investing

Not bad IMO. As stated above, loering the car and bigger alloys make the superb look loads better anyway. Might consider the kit if the money tree in the garden was slightly taller!!!

sideskirts. :thumbdwn: Don't like the way they try and merge in at each wheel arch. Aside from that, its pretty much OK. I'd not use those alloys though. :)

Completely agree on the sideskirts mate, they just look like they were an after thought, not too clever at all.

Mind you have you looked at the other kits? Not too clever at all, either!!

This is de MS-Design kit.It looks quite ok to me but I dun like the wheels ,the grill,(bekoz of de slot) Autostyle has a better looking grill. I dun noe how much this kit is selling in EUR but where I came from its around USD3000!! Forthe whole thing..I wud jus get the front lip n side skirts though.

Cheers

Skoda..Surprised?
