Cigarette lighter in 2016 Rapid

Hi everyone, can anyone confirm of the cigarette lighter is live when ign off on a Rapid. Having problems with vehicle being damaged and want to get a dash cam that records 24/7 don't want expensive of hard wiring vehicle as company vehicle and we change vehicles around a lot.

power magic pro is a good addition to a dash cam if you want it to run but dont want to come out to a flat battery
