Mk2 pfl G69 tfsi help

Hi all. 

Got an annoying fault on my 2008 vrs tfsi pfl bwa 200bhp. I've changed the pedal as showed a pedal fault first. Now put a replacement throttle body on (second hand). Drives okay until you put foot down and comes up with below fault?!!?. 

. 

Any ideas at all of other things to check or replace. 

OBD2 - pending:
P0123 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit High

Engine:
P0123 - Throttle Position Sensor (G69), Signal too High

I can reset codes and drive gently around but on a run or motorway etc comes back.. Jerky and epc light limp mode
