What´s in the engine fuse block?

I´m installing aux lights and would like to know if there is a place on the fuse block to connect the signal-cable. But I can´t seem to find any (!) informative image of it. I hoped there would be some information on the inside of the lid, but nothing. Looks like this on my swedish 2018 Fabia 1.0.

And also: would this be the proper place to get plus and minus, rather than directly from the battery?
