Climate control issue?

Featured Replies

Hello.

I’ve had my FABIA mk3 for 4 months now, and ive been noticing since the cold weather has been here, my windscreen is misted up (obviously)... my car has the climate control so I should just press the MAX windscreen button and it should blast the windscreen to clear the mist ASAP.

Instead I notice it doesn’t turn the fan speed on max but two bars below max, if i want it on max I have to manually turn the dial up. Seems strange? Is there a reason it does this or is it a software issue?

Thank you in advance

Have you selected AC with the button below the display?

Yes I have. A/C is always left on

I've got round to checking the climate control on my SEL. The MAX button does turn the fan on to full. Perhaps you need to mention it to your dealer?

Thank you for trying, yes I will mention next year when it goes in for an MOT. Must be a software update
