what is the best way to change the H7 bulb to the low beam in my rapid spaceback 2017 headlight ?

Based on my experience - ask someone with very small hands, as I certainly struggled changing mine.

 

I fitted Osram Nightbreakers to mine - a very worthwhile upgrade

@pinkpanther have you got any pictures with the low beam lights on? Still trting to figure out what bulb gives out a white color, tried a couple but they're all like the oem but a little bit whiter. Thanks!

I've sold the car I'm afraid. I had used Osram Nightbreaker's in my Rapid and found them appreciably brighter

 I have put a  low beam osram night break unlimited and I've seen a huge difference in light intensity. I will also take pictures at the first opportunity.

Soon, I will place the nightbreak leaser on the high beam and I will have an overview of the light upgrades.
