Columbus (MY2018 Vehicle) & Software Updates

Featured Replies

I have the Columbus with 9.2" screen installed in my car (as detailed below). Glovebox I'm 99% sure has 2x SD Card slots and a CD/DVD Slot (despite being under the impression it shouldn't?)

I've recently updated the maps to the latest 2019 version. Was wondering if the knowledgeable people could tell me if there are any firmware/software updates available for it.

The VCDS scan I completed prior to the map updates gave me (what I think) is the following info on the Columbus:

Can anyone tell from the above information which version of device I have and point me in direction of Software updates?

If not, I'll pop out to the car tomorrow and confirm hardware versions etc.

Cheers all.

OK, so popped out to the car and it has the following details:

Device Part Number: 565035020A

Hardware: H54

Software: 1163

I see there is what appears to be a similar thread in the Octy 3 forum, so I'll post the same information there, but please don't let that stop anyone from answering :)
