It depends on your dealer and your abilities to break through the "wear and tear" mantra.

Some have succeeded, others got "goodwill", some ended up paying.

I saw a couple people comment that they drove without using brakes for a few miles and found the rear were warm and front cold. I guess I can check that not long after I get it - if I do decide to get a Superb!

Yeah wear and tear such as brakes only usually covered for 6 months or 6,000 miles unless good relationship with dealer which I am fortunate to have. Got a faulty clutch replaced on a MK2 FL Superb 140 Tdi Elegance when it went kaput at just 11,000 miles. Dealer got Skoda UK to pay for it (over £1,000 bill) and provide me with a VW Jetta courtesy car for 5 days also. RESULT.

6500 miles I believe.....yeah strange number

Smart choice which you won’t regret - solid performance, good economy, great refinement & comfort. Brilliant on the motorway. Do try the Superb side of the forum!

If I could get 740 miles from the 1.4TSi petrol hatch back in 2016 (Superb SE manual) per tank you could achieve 900 miles from the 66 litre tank (don't be surprised if you can squeeze upto 70 litres into the tank if you play EMPTY ROULETTE.
