Hi,

i have audi a3 2012 model 1.2 tfsi car but 1.2 tsi motor drives.  The EPC light and the engine warning light come on. when I connect to the computer gives  "P155A00 , P334B00 , P334C00 "   errors . can you help me ?

 

Turbo and/or turbo actuator fault. Wastegate not moving or sticking. Could be actuator faulty or wastegate sticking.

 

Quoted £254 (by Skoda) to change actuator, and £1333 to change Turbo c/w with actuator on a 1.2 tsi fabia. Went for expensive option as some reports that actuator fix not always successful.

 

Some reports of people successfully freeing up wastegate using penetrating oil also.

 

Note, depending on exact engine/turbo build, some actuators are replaceable, others not.

 

Requires readaption after any work done via diagnostics.

I dont recognise the picture, but having all those connectors and sensors etc disconnected doesn't help.

No. I pull connectors and sensor because of cleaned throat butterfly accumulated oil with brake spray . I put it back connectors and sensors later.  I guess the turbo is leaking oil. How to find the torque values of the torque wrenche?  Torque Wrench 1331 . what are the torque values for tightening ?  How do i turbocharger voltage measurements charge air actuator ?

It looks like EA111 1.2 tsi engine with the leaking PCV valve that goes into head from air filter. It usually sprays oil on the throttle body and sensors in that region. Usually it cracks and brakes off.

 

I think that turbo is not the issue regarding oil.

Actuator can be an issue and try with penetrating oil and so on to free it. Or a new one if it has failed completely.

Number 21 is the valve.

Valve is item 21 part no 030 103 175 B

 

Take care to remove broken end still lodged in the rubber grommet in the camcover item 24 and not simply push in new part.

 

Having said all that, that picture does not look like an EA111 cbzb engine (with cam chain).

 

Is it the newer cambelt engine?

The new engine is not its original engine  CBZB. The Audi VW seat Skoda 1.2 also uses the same engine.

Well that answer is as clear as mud.

CBZB engine throttlebody is on the firewall side of engine bay just like in the picture and they have used screws for MAP sensor fixing to charge pipe. This gave it away for me.

I wrote wrong . it is not new engine .  This engine is original engine CBZB.

How do i turbocharger actuator voltage measurement ? Can you send me current flow diagram or voltage diagram sheet (pdf,or image etc.) ? i saw it on a video for example : ( youtube.com/watch?v=QArJo7Wx7JA )

I have no idea... Usually you have one pin for power supply another for ground another for control signal and another for position sensor signal. I am afraid that a simple multi-meter will not be enough here, and you would need an oscilloscope for this.

oil pile up near the throttle valf. my turbocharger oil leak ? can you help me?
