My Fabia’s door latch has been problematic for some time and needs replacing. I’m not very knacky handed but have been trying to remove it to identify part number to get it sorted. I have it nearly out, but it’s just hanging on by the top wire that fixes into the door handle now. Any tips on how to get this out please?

If you post "which" door, and what year / vehicle / engine you most likely would have been given the part number you need.........however
