The front and rear footwell lights in my VRS are a basic halogen bulb so glow orange/yellow when dimmed via the settings in the system. Is it possible to change these for LED bulbs and if so can you use the CANBUS error free type to avoid having to recode the system as I don't have access to the programmer/code reader?

Switched mine to LED a few weeks ago. No visible error on the dash unless I run a scan and I get an error on the foootwell lighting through my obd app.

 

The lights are better as they are white but are too bright on anything other than minimum setting. They also flicker a little on start up.
