Can you please tell me what is the model of 7 speed DSG box in 66 plate Octavia VRS 2.0 (220ps)?

220ps will have 6 speed wet clutch DSG, DQ250 variant. 

 

7 speed wet clutch DQ380 was introduced for the 245 limited edition and is present on all the 245 engined cars. 

 

The DQ200 dry clutch 7 speed is only on the smaller engines like the 1.4tsi and 1.5tsi. 

@Kenai Thanks for this, I though it was a little strange. The salesman was telling me is was a 7 speed DSG box.

 

What's the reliability like on the DQ250? 

DQ250 is fairly reliable as long as serviced every 40k miles.
