Hello, the trunk cover of my Octavia Combi is kind of broken.... im talking about this

As i said i dont know how to call it, (the pictures are not mine btw), well, the thing is kind of broken, is suppose to come in easily when u want to put inside of the reel, but mine doesnt, i have to do slowly pushing with my fingers to put it in, is a silly thing, since is a car i bough while was not new, but when i have to put something there i always remember and ****es me off, i try to look for it on internet but i cannot find one or is so overprized for a used one, would like to know if there is a way to fix it or a website to buy a new/used one for a reasonable prize.

mine retracted slowly - a tee shirt had got caught up it the mechanism - check nothing is binding
