Tapping happens at the very end of the video.

Found the reason behind the Tapping/ticking sound,

its the teeth on the motor for cold/hot air , teeth over time wear down with use, dash has to come out to repair, not sure i'll bother right now but a heads up for all of ya as its a known issue.

I am also RHD but mine was a lot more constant than that! The teeth hadn’t ran down it was the actual motor itself that had failed. It was like a constant clicking.
