Buy now or wait for facelift?

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I’m interested in getting the Sportline hatch (my first SKODA) and had hoped to test drive one at the weekend (ended up testing a 65 plate SE estate as that’s all that was available apparently...) I’m not in a massive rush to change, should I wait until new facelift version is available? Dealer called me today to say orders are closed for the Superb but he doesn’t when they will open again. Guessing there may be some good deals to be done shortly on existing stock?

I got quoted over the weekend for the new one.  Nothing was said about the order book being closed.

2.0 TSI 272 4X4 DSG Sport Line

Special paint - Meteor grey

Space saver spare wheel

Virtual Cockpit - 10.25" digital display

Variable boot floor

Canton sound system

Dynamic chassis control

£30,753

Which I thought was a lot of car for the money and serious considering it.
